Is shipping free?
Yup, within the US, shipping is free! International orders are subject to current rates.
When will my order get shipped?
All orders are packaged and processed within 24 - 48 hours Monday - Friday. When your item ships from our fulfillment center you’ll receive an email letting you know your order is otw.
What carrier do you use?
For most U.S orders you can expect your delivery from the good ole USPS.
How long does shipping take?
This can depend. We are shipping from Florida so depending on where you are located, the ship times may vary slightly. In general our shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days. International orders may take anywhere from 7 to 25 days to arrive due to travel times.
Will my order arrive discreetly?
Always. Our shipping boxes are plain, brandless and nowhere on the package will the spicy contents be listed. You can rest assured.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Sweden. Customers are responsible for any duties accrued in shipping their order.
Is it possible to track my package?
When your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code that you can use to keep an eye on your package. Receiving this code can take up to 2 days.
My package was never delivered.
Don’t worry. USPS can sometimes mark a package as delivered when it leaves the processing area and then can be up to 3 business days before it arrives at your door. To locate a package please speak directly with USPS. You can speak to their support team at this number: 1 (800) 275-8777
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return/exchange policy?
Unused and unopened BerryLemon products purchased directly from our website are returnable up to 30 days after purchase. The credit received will be the purchase price of the item minus cost of return shipping. Please note, due to the intimate nature of pleasure products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened.

What are your vibrators made out of?
All BerryLemon vibrators are made of medical-grade silicone with components of ABS. ABS is a hard, nonporous, and body-safe plastic. These materials are used for optimal safety and great vibration transmission.
Are all of your vibrators rechargeable?
OH yeah! Sustainable power for the win. Our vibrators are powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Plug the vibrator into the USB charge cable for recharging.
How to make my BerryLemon vibrator last?
We recommend you keep a charge on your vibrator all the time. Ensuring it doesn't run out of battery is the best way to make your vibe last.
What type of lube is best for silicone toys?
We recommend using a water-based lubricant and avoid using silicone based lubes.
Are your products body safe?
Absolutely. Our pleasure products are made with medical grade silicone and ABS plastic. They are non-toxic, and non-porous for your safety. We’re dedicated to offering safe, and enjoyable products for all.

Can I recycle your products?
To keep vibrators (and the lithium batteries) out of landfills they must be disposed of properly. You can dispose of spent vibrators as a part of the WEEE recycling scheme. Locate your local recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com.
It’s important to properly dispose of your electronics (vibes included) as over time the disposed batteries can leak harmful chemicals into the soil which can cause water contamination and pose a risk to humans and wildlife.
We know that sex toys can be tricky when it comes to sustainability. This is why we encourage our customers to practice great battery management to ensure the products can last the test of time (which keeps them out of landfills).
